I used to bike this bridge every day when I biked from the Sellwood neighborhood of Portland to downtown back in the 90s (yes, the dream of the 90s was alive in Portland). They’re moving the entire deck so they can build a new bridge. Apparently it saves money and time, plus let’s face it… it’s kinda cool:
